We are based in Johannesburg and are one of the leading motor assessing companies in South Africa. We specialise in vehicle accident claims, providing an unrivalled level of service and efficiency in motor vehicle accident reporting.
Our role is to fairly and accurately assess our client’s vehicles within 24-48 hours of instruction and email/fax our detailed assessors report including digital images within the next 24 hours. The original assessors report is then posted or hand delivered.

Our goal is to quickly and accurately assist with a motor vehicle accident claim within the Gauteng Region. Our service will ensure losses of the claimant are mitigated and the claim is settled as efficiently as possible.

Assessors Reports:
In the event of a motor vehicle accident claim our motor engineers understand the need for promptness of service in making crucial decisions with respect to the damaged vehicle. Our assessors can negotiate with body shops to establish an agreed method and cost of repair or without an estimate anticipate their own fair and reasonable repair costs. In all cases our motor engineers provide an accurate pre-accident value and confirm the salvage value and salvage category should the vehicle be a total loss.
Private Inspection:
Before you commit to purchase a vehicle, we can inspect the condition of the vehicle, check it is H.P.I clear and give an accurate valuation accordingly.
If you have an accident damaged vehicle (possibly classed a Total Loss) but intend to/or have repaired the vehicle, then an independent report is required to re-insure the vehicle. Our report will not only conclude whether the vehicle has been repaired to a satisfactory standard and that it meets the Insurance standards, but will re-value the vehicle for your Insurance cover.

Note – in order to carry out a full examination of your vehicle, you should arrange for the vehicle to be booked on a ramp/hoist at a garage of your choice.
All assessment reports (subject to your I.T. e-mail policies and size allowance) are fully digitised and will be e-mailed to you, a hard copy can be hand delivered or posted as well.
A monthly report on cost per assessment and saving can be supplied at your request, we are also able to do other reports in relation to the assessments, please discuss your requirements with us further.
Please note that assessments need to be arranged before 09h00am, Monday to Friday in order for us to provide you with a 24 to 48hour turn-around time.
We strive to complete our assessments within 24 hours, if we are unable to do so you will be sent a progress report on the assessment.
